Kenwood sw 2000 meter repair I just bought a kenwood sw 2000 meter in good shape but it has a problem. When I brought it home and used it on my ts 940 on the 200 watt scale it pinned the meter. When I tried it on the 2 kw scale it read ok on the 200 watt scale but 1200 watts on the 2kw scale. I also have the sw 200 meter and checked out the coupler, and it is ok.

The switches are all in the right position, but it is not reading right. The reflected power is also off by the same amount. I downloaded a copy of the manual for it on line and it seems to me it has a problem in it from the factory. The schematic seems to be the same for both the 20 watt scale on the sw 200 as the 200 watt scale on the sw2000, which does not seem right. I would appreciate any help on this if anyone has run into this before, or maybe I am missing something...Thanks and 73's Don VA3DDW Logged.
